Hi, my name is Nina!! I am originally from Greece but now I live in Antwerp where I work as a singer and singing teacher. I studied acting and drama in the beginning but music won my heart!! I am currently in the M2 level of classical singing performance at the Royal Antwerp Conservatorium and I have been teaching for many years. I love sharing the passion of singing with the audience being on stage but even more so with my students!!

My name is Egita and I am a professional singer and vocal teacher. I began my musical studies in Riga, Latvia at the age of 9.
In 2006 I completed studies as a choral conductor and entered Jazeps Vitols Latvian Academy of music in classical singing and teaching department.
In 2010 I achieved bachelor in classical singing and also a professional qualification as a singing teacher.
In same year I started my voice studies in Conservatorium Maastricht with prof. Axel Everaert.
In 2014 I finished Master in Classical singing and Master in Opera singing.
During my studies in Riga, Latvia, I have worked as a singing teacher in Vidzemes Jurmalas music and art school, as well teached private students.
Also when I came to Maastricht, during my development as a professional singer, I kept teaching singing.
I regularly participate in various courses, masterclasses and festivals, and I have an active performance schedule.

Do you like singing? Or do you walk around with songs in your head all day? Then take singing lessons with Deborah online or in Amstelveen Westwijk. We sing songs from different countries and times. We will also work on different rhythms, notes and tone exercises.

If you are busy singing you can even have a completely different feeling and you can ensure that you have extra energy for the rest of the day.

Your body is your instrument when singing. We try to make that instrument sound as beautiful as possible..

During the singing lessons we also work on articulation, the pronunciation of foreign languages and also on the meaning of and your feelings about a particular piece. My name is Carmen and I am an opera singer. I studied at the PI Chaykovsky Conservatory in Moscow and the famous Santa Cecilia Conservatory in Rome. I attended many masterclasses in Russia, Italy and Austria with Edda Moser, Renata Scotto, Nino Machaidze etc. I was also a soloist in the Vatican Choir.

Suzanne gives pop and musical singing lessons. During the lessons Suzanne does not work with 1 specific method. She looks at what the student needs and adjusts the lessons accordingly. In addition, relaxation and pleasure are very important and being able to be yourself and telling your own story is the ultimate goal.

"For me, telling a story is the most important thing while singing. If you know what you are singing, the listener will understand you much better and your voice and story will come in even more. As a beginning singer or singer, telling a story is very important. Maybe you are not completely satisfied or sure about your singing voice. This takes time, you can still learn a lot. You do influence how your voice and story come across. Some voices touch and those voices are remembered. "

During the singing lesson you will look for your own singing voice.
This is done from the speaking voice and in this way everyone can learn to sing.
In the lesson (s) we will jointly look for your voice range and the corresponding numbers.
A lesson always starts with warming up the voice with various appropriate exercises and then there is room for singing a song.

I am an Italian soprano, graduated from the Dutch National Opera Academy. I work as a soloist as a freelance singer, and I teach singing to students of different levels and ages for many years.
The most important thing during my lessons is to help the student find a healthy and comfortable way of singing!
During the first part of the lesson, we will focus on Technique and breathing, while during the second part of the lesson we will focus on the repertoire chosen together with the student, applying the aspect of the technique that we worked on previously in the lesson.

Singing in French is no easy task, but as a native speaker and opera singer, I can help you!

We work on pronunciation together, first working on spoken text: getting acquainted with the French sounds and accent and working on how to make sure it sounds French even to a native French! When that's working well, we apply it to the singing.
If you want to practice on your own, I can record the text for you.
I can also help with you with the translation of a piece or questions you may have about a certain word, a saying or the subtext of a piece.
