Ik geef drumlessen aan beginnende drummers die willen kennismaken met drummen of er net mee begonnen zijn. Ik richt me vooral op het aanleren van relevante concepten om mee te werken, het begrijpen van de groove en het zo snel mogelijk samen met anderen spelen (in een band spelen, jamsessies, enz.).
Ik zit al vijf jaar in een band in België en speel nu in een paar projecten in Barcelona. Ik speel voornamelijk hiphop, funk, blues, reggae en door Afrobeat beïnvloede muziek.

Opleiding
Self Taught since 2018 and constantly improving (also taking classes with some great teachers myself).
Starting out with a Jazz teacher I slowly got influenced by my different teachers to play Afrobeat (Tony Allen, Fela Kuti), Funk and more.
Had one year of Conservatory training in Drumming with Tom Ouderits, professional drummer in Belgium.
Followed an intensive drumming course in Estudio Shine, Barcelona from January - June 2024 and now taking private classes with drummers Rey Ponce and Bryan Curtis.
Lots of band experience (making original songs, performing at shows and more)
